Fixed broken link to https://poynton.ca/ColorFAQ.html, instead linking to a still-working PDF version of this information at the same domain. No issue number included as this is a trivial change.

This looks to me like an accidental misconfiguration, so I'd like to wait a few more days to see if it is resolved before changing, I also see there is another WIP page on colour, https://poynton.ca/docs/colour/, possibly related to the down-time.

Merged, thanks, and sorry for the wait!

I considered removing it altogether, as we have a second link, but reading through the FAQ I did find it quite interesting so I'm supportive of keeping it.
